What was the size of tire for stock 15x7 steel wheels?

does anyone know the tire size that the 71 chally came with- 15x7 steel wheels???
I checked the archives but no real answer to my question.

It says quite clearly on my web site what the available tyre sizes are for each year of production. In this case E60X15.
However the old US method of using letters to indicate tyre width is a complete mystery to me so I have no idea how a E60 equates into modern sizes in mm.
A table of equivalent sizes would be a good idea I think.

I have no clue either, but an old Year one catalog lists the following original sizes and
their equivalents:
6.85-14 P185-75R14
7.35-14 P195-75R14
7.75-14 P205-75R14
D70-14 P205-70R14
E70-14 P205-70R14
F70-14 P215-70R14
D78-14 P195-75R14
E78-14 P205-75R14
E60-15 P215-60R15
F60-15 P225-60R15
G60-15 P235-60R15

Ah! Cool! Just what we needed thanks.
So the stock tyre size for a 15x7 wheel was 215/60/15. About 1.5 inches wider than the wheel.
