Is it safe for me to assume that the super stock springs from MPP are strictly for drag racing purposes or do they have any practical street-ability to them? Thanks!

Super Stock springs are stronger on one side for drag racing. This makes cornering ability "interesting".
They are also based on the shorter a-body sprinds so you need to fit special longer front hangers to fill the gap.

Unless you are throwing your car in to corners they are fine on the street. Be prepared for an increase in ride height though, it will be in the order of 1 1/2" taller than stock. I have used super stock springs on the street for years, and have fitted several sets to other cars too.

Pull the other one John. That Dart has not been on the road in years!
I was speaking as a person the LOVES throwing cars into corners. I just got the Challenger back on the road and as usual I totally suprised myself at how well it corners. The suspension is uprated 30% all round.
I can go into corners at twice the speed as I can in the Neon without any problems at all. In fact I have yet to find its limits. I am too scared to drive it into corners any faster! I keep thinking "This is a big block American car - it can't do this" and then it amazes me when it does.

Another quick question on super stock springs, since they are stronger on one side than the other does this mean uneven tire wear? Does the car sit higher on one side? Thanks!

The car does sit a little higher on the passenger side at the rear. this is to offset the body movement at 'launch'. But if John says it is no problem then I believe him. John builds very cool cars.
