I just remembered about this question. This is bound to be a bit late for you so my apologies.
According to the workshop manual there were two types fitted to Dodges in 1970. The manual makes no reference to the makes of these. One has a slightly larger output (1.06 cu.in./rev) than the other (0.94 cu.in./rev).
The smaller of the pair has an oval shaped filler tube and the pulley is held on with a large nut.
The larger has a round filler neck. The pulley is pressed on and has a 3/8" threaded hole in the end of the drive shaft.
The larger one is what was fitted to my 440 R/T. I have also seen it on other big block cars. It came as a surprise to hear from the March Performance Pulleys rep. that in fact these are very rare pumps and most 1970 dodges have the smaller type. He then sold me a pulley that did not fit anyway so I think he was talking out of his arse. I would use the larger one in your resto.
