HEI Upgrade- Need Horizontally mounted coil

We did the HEI upgrade and I need to upgrade to a high performance coil. I understand they can/ will leak and fail if mounted horizontally and most mount them vertically on the firewall. I really want to keep the stock look and use the OEM bracket, so does anyone know which coil brand/ part number they would recommend that can sit horizontally without failing?

Thanks-

Do you mean the Chrysler "Orange Box" electronic ignition? Or do you really mean the superior Chevy HEI system?

The Chevy (notice how I kept out the word "superior") HEI system.

You could just use a MSD Blaster coil. Not as good but you can make it look stock and mount it anywhere.

So, the MSD Blaster coil can be mounted in the OEM bracket and kept horizontal? No chance of it leaking or failing?

Thanks Dave

Correct. Paint it satin black like the original.

The sticker on this one might peel off and leave it looking stock anyway.
