I just got my 70 RTSE back from the body shop and they replaced my dash and basically put it back together like the •••• guys they are (my mistake). I have some clue what cut wires need to be reconnected but have a ton of connectors disconnected etc etc. I have the shop manual but is their anything out there that can provide better info on what gets connected and where? I'll take scribble on a piece of paper at this point.

There is a company that supplies Old Mopar Manuals on CD Rom. WWW.MOPARMANUALS.COM. I got 1 for my 72. It was a great investment. One of the nice things about it is that you can print off the pages you need, ie. a wiring schemaritc then you can write on it, spill coffee on, get greasy finger prints on it, whatever. You can always go back and print off another set.

It may help you out with this and future problems.
