ID on this wiring

Postby JackT » 11 Jun 2005 16:25

I have a small wiring harness, part number 2983253, with an additional number, 69281, on the tag. It has three wires to a plug, a 15" pink wire and two 3" or 4" yellow wires and it plugs into a relay of some sort with no number on it. I do not have reference material that can identify this - can any of you guys help me out? I believe it belongs in my R/T SE's dash.

Thats it Dave. If the headlamp switch is on when the ignition is turned off the lamps stay on for short time. An SE thing I believe?

Thanks guys. If I can install it with the dash in, it will go in the car but I am not taking out the steering column and the dash for this added attraction. I'll try to find it on the wiring diagram.

I found it on the Dart wiring diagram. It is a delay relay circuit, but it's for the steering column key light.
