it will also be very good upgrade if you go the halogen setup because of the current draw.

By-passing the dash ameter and routing the alternator to the battery so that the all the current does not go through the bulkhead connector looks like a good idea too.

I already run my electric fan this way. I might add the de-mist fan to the list too. I am getting a hell of a voltage drop at idle at the moment.

They also say you should convert to a two wire alternator and remote voltage regulation. Oh! Wait a minute! Challengers come standard with those systems!
