Hi all, I just installed a new wiper motor for my 73 318 and cant figure out how the wiring goes. The original harness is missing so I need to improvise. I have 4 wires from the car and four posts on the motor, but dont know which wires go to which post. The motor posts look something like this:

Not sure wether the botom post is vertical or horizontal off the top of my head.

Can anyone tell me which color wire goes to which post?

Not the same as my 1970. Is this one a variable or a two speed or a three speed. I would like to know and it probably matters.

Its a 2 speed, off then 2 speeds on the switch. I have a 73 wiring diagram but that does not show which wire goes to which post on the new motor. Thanks
