where does the wire for the reverse indicator light connect under the dash? light is installed but wire is just hanging. thanks.

It spurs off the rear light cluster wiring loom & goes thru the trans tunnel to the back up/reverse lamp switch on the side of the tranny.
Cos the wires are exposed they suffer plenty of abuse from water, road salt, road crud etc, plus the switches are shit
