Keisler aluminum bellhousing

I wanted to buy this Keisler bellhousing, but they stopped producing it
I read in old posts that Eddie has one in his car. Don't you wanna get rid of it?

Do you guys happen to know where to find an unsold one?
Or is there an (aliminum) alternative from another vendor?

I have the 143 teeth flywheel and 23 spline, so I need a 11" bellhousing with a 4.353 opening.

No Roland, I want to keep this one. Shame they stopped making them. Why? They were very Heavy Duty, thicker casting, double drilled for 143/130 tooth flywheels, dual starter locations, accurate center hole. :x I do know that Brewers Perf. makes their own style as well but is only listed for a 10.5/130 tooth flywheel. The Keisler is made for the 11" 1967 setup but can use the 10.5/130 tooth which is probably 99% of our Big Block cars but it's nice to have the double drilled feature. Lists for 295.00 I think. Roland,,I just sent them a e-mail inquiring what happened.

Hi Eddie, I talked to them last week; demand for those bellhousings was too low, so they stopped with it in 2010.
Seems like I have to stick with my current bellhousing. :(
At this moment a 400->470 stroker is built for me, with alu (Edelbrock) heads. I was in a weight reduction mood and wanted to get some alu parts. Already got alu intake, heads, valve covers, water pump.
An alu bellhousing would have been a nice addition to that list..

I understand Roland. I called Arrington racing Hemi's at Shophemi.com and talked to them. They list a 11" Keisler bell but are out of stock and wont get anymore. I then called Keisler and they are going to call me back. I asked them what do you do about the Kit they sell? I want a TKO-600 kit for my '73' which includes of course a new bellhousing?? I'm on it! I guess I could use my original alloy Chrysler Bell, but I like the accurate new Bell that on my 1970 Challenger. With the new style dual disc clutch setups,,the runout has to be within .003 or less, I dont want to mess with adjustable dowel pins or machine the weak stock bell. It looks like shit! Which is why I didnt use it!

Last week I first called with Keisler. After that I called with ShopHemi (since they have that bell still for sale on their site). They referred me to Frog from Mopa Pro Shop. So I called him. He called about 8 other vendors.
Conclusion; no way to get that alu bellhousing.
So this forum was my last attempt
