B Body rear end into eBDOY

hi, i have just bought an 8.75 positrac 3.54 for my 71 Chal. It is out of a BBody (Satellite i think). I know i have to move the spring pads, but does anyone know the difference in track width and will it be noticeable with, say, 275 tyres (on 10" rims} and with wheels with a normal offset? I still want to fill out the guards but can't really afford to get custom big offset wheels.
