The Dodge Challenger Message Board

Hi there,

Can anybody tell me if a Challenger has a small or big U-Joint ? I can buy a centre section, 3.91:1, sure-grip, big U-Joint and 489 case but then I need to know if it fits a challenger or not?

That is exactly what I have on my Challenger!

According to Paul Herd there are two sizes used which are measured by the size of the gap on the inside of the yoke on the prop shaft. Performance cars used a yoke 2 5/8-inch across and the others 2 1/8-inch.
