Never seen one of those (which does not mean it's not genuine fo course).
Does it have a Chrysler pentastar and part number?
If it does, what's the part number ?(either the pic is a bit blurry or the new year's eve has not worn off yet...)
Without a part number, it's obviously an aftermarket piece (perhaps added to the vacuum circuit if the OEM check valve went dead).
With the part number, you can probably find out which years the part was good for.
