Holy shit I only just read the date at the top of this thread and realised its 3 and a half years since i started this

Anyway some progress, the Eddy heads are asssembled, the sump and oil pick up are fabbed and ready to go on, the oil pump is due here in a week too.

Only things I got left to sort are the pushrods and timing gear.

A mate of mine in the MMA has offered me a complete Milodon gear drive and cover set for cheapo dollar.
I'm actually quite keen cos i like the adjustability of it, the fact that I dont have to worry about chain length on my align bored crank, and I like the noise

Heres a link.........

I love the precise timing of a fixed idler gear drive,,plus if you ever use a solid or hyd. roller,,you don't have to mess with a thrust button. If you can get it fairly cheap,,,I would! Love the noise they make too!! Just make sure the water pump clears OK,,Ive never used 1,,,might ask a few of your mates over there or call Milodon,,,yeah Ade,, I spent about that time on mine,,10K,,,,took a fair amount of time to save the "Chatter" for that engine!!

Yeah I'm up for it Ed.
There's a couple of shims missing but it's a 150 bucks, I can't go wrong with that!
I can get parts from Milodon easy enough
