Replacing old & tired firewall grommets

I'm looking to replace several of the grommets that have gotten hard and brittle.
Is there a way to restore these or can they be had fairly easily?
I'm in the hunt for:
Vacuum (dual hosed) grommet (Above throttle cable grommet)
Throttle cable grommet
-and several on the passenger side below the AC lines.
