.318 swap to .360 in 70 Chally

I've just found out - to my disappointment- that my .318 is DOA. Too much water damage (thanks to the stupid body shop) to make it worth rebuilding.
I have an '83 series .360 that I have the option of utilizing and need some good advice from you folks.
Are there any issues in making this swap?
The .360 is carbed.

buy a stroker kit and make it a 408
