Intake needs to match the camshaft. If it is the stock or a slightly hotter than stock cam use a dual plain and the 750 Eddy.

In fact. Carb, intake, heads, camshaft, compression, exhaust, torque converter, axle gears. All have to match the HP and working RPM of each other if you want an efficient package that works right.

Thank you i am using speed pro pistons 9 1/2 compression with a sure grip 391 and a purple shaft 474 lift and the converter is a 2200 to 2800 stll i not to sure about if this is a good stall speed for this set up.

That cam is only a little more than the stock cam spec. That 750 carb, dual plane intake and 2800 stall converter will be spot on.

yes, thats about the cam i have and i also used the dual plane and Thermoquad. They are great for torquey takeoffs, which you need with a heavy car like this I also port matched my inlet to the heads. Very easy with aluminium. Just buy a cheap Chinese die-grinder and use an old inlet gasket and plenty of WD-40 and you should get an extra 6-10 HP, It should also make it rev a little easy up higher, which is where these older design intakes start falling over
