Strange gas filler tube ??? and gasket needed (pics)

Hi guys,working on the Challenger today we've find out that there is a strange tube coming from under but going to nowhere ....what is this ?

The gas tank gasket or seal was in real bad shape,we need to replace it
where can we get it ?
it has the mopar sign with the following numbers :
3404 182 10169 25

What year is the car? If it is a 1970 model, is it coded for N95?

The seal through the floor for the filler tube is available from a few sources.

its a 1971 Vert,i don't have the code tag now
so i don't know if its a N95 :(
What was that for ?

ifound the filler seal on the auction site but not sure if its the right part

That strange tube is a vent that is part of the N95 Emissions package. My car had it too, but I removed it when I took off all of the emissions pieces.

Yes Thanks Chris.

Mine has this option also. It's a good idea to replace the rubber hoses once in a while. An easy thing to forget about.
