I was at his booth at the Nats in 07, spoke with him for at least a 1/2 hour on them. He had the R-5/P-7 Nascar 358's for 12,995 and those 6.4 426's Gen III Hemi's for a good price too! It makes killer torque! Nice and flat and weighs less than the 5.9 360 by 40-50 or so kilos. They are also built for true street with pump 92 and 100,000 mile durability(Hemi not the Nascar motor).
