Thanks RoadRunner68! Yes, it is exactly that black-red-yellow Challenger i was thinking about. I saw that Challenger burning rubber in 1983 and I just can´t forget it. All of the pic´s are scanned from different swedish mags, right?

Thanks! That explains it. That is a good web page. I know that I have had it among my favourites. Since my computer has the bad habit to become ill (crasch) every now and then, all of my favourite links use to go the same way.

I don´t think that the laws here are as generous as it seems. I know that people use to alter their cars before it is time to go to the authorities ("bilprovningen" - I don´t know what that is in english).

Btw; I know that the ´71 convertible was VERY quick. Doing 11:s I think.

That's a black beauty there eddie. Looks like the suspension is dialed in as well.
I always swayed away from Mopar when it came to old trucks, don't know why? Of course I wasn't the die-hard then like now.

My first Mope had a M1 intake on it and I wanted a factory look so I ditched it. Went out on the interstate and ran a state trooper's kid in his fastback Fairlane with a Cobra Jet motor and he soundly beat me. The previous owner and I resoundly put the M1 back on to try and keep the "one of the fastest cars in town" title in tact. :s024:

And I'd take the vert with the hardware sticking out of the hood. :s004:

Thanks 472 R/T SE, cool story, yeah it's a Rough Rider and with the 4-speed granny low does pretty good off road. My wife wont ride in it and prefers her Jeep. She is a large woman and the suspension beats her to death. :s003: Wanna know what a cheap redneck date is? A 4x4, six pack, rough road and a pound of beef liver!! :s011:

Hi guys.

John, the builder of my engine insists in dual quad set up, he says are easier to tune and the same MPG... I can't believe it but I finally agree to do it.
The mileage is 11-12 mpg...he says.

Let me tell you the true when it arrives...
