Anyone have a picture or can tell me how the fuel lines were ran up around the fuel pump. Need to hook my return line back up, did it just have a "tee" peice in the line after the pump or was there a regulator?

73 with a non original 318 and holly carb

"Return line". Do you mean the vapor return line?

I don't know if I have a photo of this. I will have to look around. If I remember right the bowl vent valve is connected to a hose that either goes;

a) To the breather cap (PCVS) and from there to the vapor separator above the tank.

b) Straight to a seperator canister above the fuel pump or down alongside the engine and then back to the tank.

I will see what I can find.

The fuel line itself was usually steel and ran staright up from the pump behind the alternator and to the carb. Keeping close to the block.

I will see what photos I have in books.

I just realised that the canister I remember seeing down by the fuel pump is the vapor separator used mainly on 426 and 440 engines to prevent vapor lock. these were plumbed into the pump-to-carb fuel line.

I think a 318 would have had something like this.

Well that was harder to find than I thought. But in this image you can see the hard fuel line running up to the filter and then the carb.

You can also see the breather has a hose from the carb bowl valve and another out to the inner fender. from there it runs down under the car with the fuel line and back to the tank separator.
