Is it the W2 Heads that came with the 1970 T/A Challenger on the 340 engine?

No. W2 heads are Mopar Performance after market. They have non-stock (raised) port locations and the intake ports are oval in shape.

Steve the heads in question are the original TA 340 heads with the offset intake rockers, they were very trick in thier day and the W2's were a racing development on those heads.
The rocker gear is specific to the TA obviously and they have some crazy pushrod angles.
If you were thinking of finding some, I'd try some new W2's instead along with the matching intake, don't forget also the exhaust ports are different too so you'll need new headers

I was going to buy W2 heads for my '72 318, but considering that they were made for the T/A 340's relocated puchrods in mind, it's a good thing I didn't.

they still bolt on dont they your push rods will be on a diffrant angel that's all. think you need manifold and headers as well.
