I spoke with Mike Beachel owner of B3S engines and was told part II is coming out soon,,it's all about the 15 degree angle of the valves versus the rocker shaft centerline. ALL aftermarket Rocker Arms have different Lengths,,some are too short,,,some are too long,, Mike's kit,(180 bucks),,uses a custom shim kit and his hold downs to place the shaft in the right proximity for a sweep of .030 which is very efficient and makes more power due to an increase in efficiency and increased valve lift. Some of the rocker patterns are scary! I use the RAS 440 MAX stainless,,bronze bushed,,roller tipped rocker arms. BTW,, RAS is producing these bulletproof rocker arm kits again,,,talk to Gary at RAS if interested. These are lifetime rocker arms!!! No worries about work hardening and fracturing as found in aluminum arms. Comp also makes steel arms,,as well as Pro-Comp but the RAS and Comp Cams arms are US made and are high quality pieces. If you have offset intake ports ala Max Wedge or larger,,you will have to use aluminum arms,,,no offset steel arms exist to my knowledge.
