I've noticed my doors sag a little and was wondering if replacing the pins and bushings would help. Is this an easy procedure or a pain in the ass? I would imagine it's similar to changing out pins on the hinges of a door on the house right? Just a bit tighter to work around.

Yes it is easy to do but you would not believe the weight of these doors. They used a crane in the factory to fit them.

I know. Unless I have a second person to help, I suppose I could brace the door and place a stand under it to hold it in place and then bank out the pins, right?
do the bushings come out easily or are they a pain?

From memory.......

I seem to remember someone helping me and the use of a trolley jack. I think the rebuild kit I had required you to drill the old bush out. It was easy. As I said, the hard bit was lifting the door into place and holding it there until bolted back on the car.

I might have just held the door in place and only removed and repaired one hinge per side? I have a vague memory that only one hinge per side actually needed repair?
