On my 72 challenger will I be able to swap stock lower control arms for other control arms with factory sway bar set up off a 72-74 cuda. Thank you very much

Yes. The front suspension parts are the same for all 1970-74 E-Body and late 60s to early 70s B-Body (can't remember offhand exactly which years on the B-body).

The only difference with the suspension during this time was a change in the size of the inner wheel bearing on the brake disc and steering spindle for the 73-74 model year.
